摘　　要： 目前我国注册登记的中小企业占全部注册企业数的90%左右,中小企业所占比重大、贡献大,生存压力也大,促进中小企业发展是重要研究课题,实施供应链管理是有效途径之一。通过对中小企业实施供应链现实困难的分析,针对三大供应链策略,提出七个具体的实施途径,以解决中小企业实施并提升供应链管理水平的问题,有效提升其持续竞争优势。 At present,the number of registered small- and medium- sized enterprises occupies 90% of all the registered ones in China.So it is crucial to promote the development of such enterprises,and the key approach for the promotion is the effective management of the supply chain.By an analysis of the difficulties facing them,seven approaches are proposed to solve the problems and to improve the managerial levels of such enterprises in implementing the strategies of supply chain.And thus the smalland medium- sized enterprises' sustainable competitive advantages are greatly improved.
