摘 要: 韩山书院依托于韩山师范学院,尝试在传统书院组织形式和大学教育体制之间探索一条新路。在学理与现实层面,对于韩山书院进行实践经验的总结,从自我定位、关系梳理和发展思路三个方面加以反思和观照,书院既要张扬经典的大义与正义,又要做到学习与生活打成一片,注重经典的体悟与内化,实现当代书院与现代大学教育在图书资源、人才资源和社会资源等方面的共享与互补,打破学科壁垒,消弥知识与修养的分化。这不仅关系到现代教育的补偏救弊,亦关系到传统文化的传承与健康发展问题。 Academy is independent of the system of official education, and fully displayed the character of freedom of thinking and learning. With the aid of Hanshan Normal Collage, Hanshan Academy is trying to explore the new way between the traditional academy and the university education system. It is necessary and important for Hanshan Academy’s long-term development to reflect the practice experience from three aspects: self-orientation, relationship arrangement and development of train thought, which involves not only the correction of modern education’s deviation, but also the inheritance and development of the Chinese traditional culture.
