摘 要: 本文分析了国内外研究生导师队伍的现状,单导师研究生培养模式的局限和束缚,阐述了校企合作研究生导师团队的组建模式以及该模式的内涵和形式,提出了实施该模式的几点建议和可行性方法,为拓展研究生的知识结构和素质能力、培养新世纪复合型人才进行了有益的探索。 This paper analyzes thepresent situation of domestic and foreign research students' Tutor Team and the limitation of the single-advisor model,describes the meaning and forms of school-enterprise cooperation model of postgraduate advisor team,put forward the implementation suggestions of the mode and the required institutional guarantee,and provides a constructive discussion on how to expand graduate students knowledge and improve their competence and how to train 21-century interdisciplinary talents.
