摘　　要： 本文从卓越工程师教育培养的目的和要求出发,针对南昌航空大学高分子材料与工程专业的特点,对该专业的培养方案改革进行了阐述,以期为相关专业卓越工程师教育培养方案的制订提供借鉴。 In this paper,starting from the purpose and requirements of education to cultivate outstanding engineers,for the characteristics of the Nanchang aviation university high polymer material and engineering specialty,expounds the reform of the professional training scheme,in order to for the establishment of relevant professional excellence engineers education training scheme for reference.
