摘　　要： 回顾改革开放30年,在全党全国人民共同奋斗下,我国经济、政治、文化、社会建设取得举世瞩目的成就。社会存在决定社会意识,社会的巨大变迁必然带来人们精神面貌和思想观念的深刻转变。文章结合教育部制定的《高校教师职业道德规范》,通过文献资料以及本人在教学中的体验,浅析加强高校体育教师的职业道德建设并在体育教学中渗透的重要性,以期弘扬高尚师德,提高高等体育教育教学质量并提升高校体育教师在高校中的地位,以立德树人。 Review of reform and opening up30years,under the national people's common struggle,Chinese economy,politics,culture and social development made remarkable achievements.Social being determines social consciousness,and social huge changesinevitably bring profound change of people mental outlook and concept.The paper,combined with the Ministry of EducationThe Professional Ethics of University Teachers,analyzes the importance of strengthening the construction of college PE teachers'professional ethics and its infiltration in sports teaching,through the literature material and practical experience in teaching,in orderto carry forward the noble virtue,improve the quality of higher physical education teaching and promote college sports teachers incolleges and universities’moral values establishment and people cultivation.
