常温低氨氮CANON工艺稳定性研究

摘  要: 室外以A/O除磷后的生活污水为基质启动全程自养脱氮(CANON)生物滤柱,针对CANON工艺中NOB过量增殖导致出水氮素浓度超过一级A排放标准的问题,试验考察高氨氮负荷、反冲洗、厌氧运行对滤柱中NOB的影响.结果表明:NOB对高氨氮负荷有适应性,进水氨氮负荷为0.60kg/(m^3·d)时,连续运行80d后总氮去除率稳定在65%左右,最大出水总氮浓度为15.8mg/L,超过一级A排放标准;反冲洗可以洗脱CANON工艺中的NOB,反冲洗后滤柱连续40d出水总氮浓度小于10.5mg/L:厌氧运行对NOB抑制作用大而对AOB影响较小,从厌氧运行恢复低DO稳定运行后,连续40d以上总氮去除率大于80%,最大出水总氮浓度为9.5mg/L. Outdoors the living waste water after using A/O removes phosphorus was taken as matrix to start the biofilter ofCANON process,aimed at the problem that nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)excesses proliferation in CANON processand causes the effluent nitrogen concentration to exceed the first level A discharge standard of pollutants for municipalwastewater treatment plant,to experiment and investigate the effect of high ammonia loading rate,back washing andanaerobic operation on the NOB in the filter column.The results show that the NOB had adaptability to the high ammonialoading rate,when the influent ammonia nitrogen loading rate was0.60kg/(m3?d),after the continuous operation of80d,the total nitrogen removal rate was stable at65%or so,the maximum effluent total nitrogen concentration was15.8mg/L,exceeding the first level A emission standards;NOB was eluted in CANON process by the means of reverse washing,after the back washing the total nitrogen concentration of the continuous40d effluent was less than10.5mg/L;theinhibitory effect of anaerobic operation on NOB was larger but its inhibitory effect on AOB was smaller,from afteranaerobic operation recovers low DO stable operation,the total nitrogen removal rate above continuous40d was greaterthan80%,and the maximum effluent total nitrogen concentration was9.5mg/L.
