摘 要: 分析韩山师范学院物理与电子工程学院基于学生创新活动中心和教师人工智能研究所的创新人才培养模式的实施情况,总结该模式对工科专业建设产生的影响.结果显示:该培养模式采用契合高校自身办学特点的本科生导师制,将学生知识与技能的提高和企业产品研发过程相结合,将学生的创新人才培养和教师的科研创新紧密联系起来,充分结合地方产业特点,在工科专业建设、学科竞赛、科研立项、学生就业和地方产业升级等方面都发挥了积极的提升作用.针对该实施方案的不足之处,还要进一步整合资源、调整实施、制度配套. This report investigates the implementation of the innovative talent training mode, which is based on the Undergraduate Innovative Activity Center and Research Institution of Artificial Intelligence in the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering of Hanshan Normal University, aiming to analyze its impacts on the development of engineering majors. It shows that the implementation of this training mode has exerted positiveeffects in terms of professional competitions, academic research and employment rates of graduates, in thatit adopts an undergraduate tutorial system that fits the reality, linking students’knowledge and skills to the product research and developing of local enterprises, combining innovative talent training for undergraduates with research and innovation of teachers. Besides, the report also points out some deficiencies in the implementation and gives suggestions accordingly, such as resource integration, measure adjustment and system perfection.
