摘 要: 本文回顾了美国荣誉学院的创新人才培养模式发展,即荣誉学院的发展历程,分析了荣誉学院的现状特点以及培养模式的效果,通过对美国荣誉学院的研究综述,反思美国的创新人才培养在效率和教育公平方面的不足,并据此提出其对中国的高校创新人才培养模式的启示。 This research reviews the history of honors programs and colleges in America. Besides of that,it analyzes the characteristics and effects of honors programs. Based on the reviews of American’s empirical research, it indicates that the programs release negative impacts on talent fostering and educational equity.Finally, compared with America, it points out that China should design reasonable institutions to promote higher education productivity and guarantee equal eccess to education of lower classes.
