摘　　要： "工匠精神"的内涵可归纳为三个层面:第一,敬业。对自己的职业有一种神圣感,工作中一丝不苟,认真负责,注重产品的细节和质量,精益求精,敬重顾客,服务无微不至;第二,乐业。为自己的职业感到自豪,热爱自己的工作,享受工作的乐趣,陶醉其中,怡然自得;第三,专注。能够超越名利,超越世俗,拥有高尚丰富的精神世界,宁静淡泊,专心致志,在精进专业的道路上不断奋斗。这三个层面是从外而内、依次递升的,是人格、境界逐渐升华的过程。高职院校是培养中国现代"工匠"的主要基地,必须要以"工匠精神"作为灵魂,要从校园文化建设、学风建设、人文素质教育等方面入手,全面培养学生的"工匠精神"。 The connotation of craftsman spirit can be included in three levels,namely as the dedication,the enthusiasmand devotion to the career.These three levels are developed from the outside in and in an ascending order as theoutcome of the progressive sublimation of personality and state of mind.As the higher vocational colleges are thekey base for modern China craftsman,it's of great necessity to take developing craftsman spirit as the soul and topractice it in terms of constructing campus culture,study atmosphere and humanistic quality education.
