摘　　要： 高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育中坚力量和最基层的实践者,肩负着时代赋予的政治责任和历史使命,对大学生的成长成才和全面发展起着重要作用,承担着思想政治教育者、日常事务管理者、引导者、知心朋友等多重角色。辅导员应以科学发展观为指导,与时俱进,不断探索,在工作理念、工作模式和工作方法等方面大力推进工作创新,培养具有高素质的科学文化人才。 University counselors, as the backbone of ideological and political education and the grassroots practitioners,shoulder the political responsibility and historical mission the era entrusted. They play an important role for collegestudents’ grow-up and all-round development, as the ideological and political educators, daily affairs management,guidance, multiple roles even as bosom friend. Instructors should be guided by the scientific concept of development,advancing with the Times and constantly exploration, vigorously promote the innovation of the working principle, workingmode and working methods, cultivate scientific and cultural talents with high quality.
