摘　　要： 作为古代政教之书,《尚书》蕴含着丰富的教化思想。在孔子之前,《尚书》篇目已经形成,孔子曾对其进行编次。孔子开设私学,以《书》篇教授弟子,与弟子谈论《书》之政治教化作用的言语在《论语》中多有记载。通过将《论语》与《尚书》加以比较,可知孔子的孝悌思想、中庸观念皆以《尚书》为渊薮。春秋战国之际,王官之学下移为士文化,作为《书》教传统的承担者,孔子在促进《书》学的保存与传播上起到了重要作用。 Shangshu is the book of political teaching in the ancient and it contains affluent education thought. Shangshu has already been formed before Confucius and he has made the order of arrangement. Confucius founded school and teached Shangshu to students> which was recorded in the analects of Confucius. By comparing the analects of Confucius and Shangshu? the thought of filial piety and the doctrine of the Mean was derived from Shangshu. Confucius was the undertaker of Shangshu and promoted the communication on the society.
