摘　　要： 金融业的发展依赖于高素质金融人才的培养。我国在分业经营模式下形成的金融人才实践教学模式存在诸多弊端,本文认为金融业的混业经营是经济全球化的重要趋势。为了适应这种趋势,高校在高素质金融人才培养方面的一体化实践教学必须进行改革,培养具有综合实践能力且适应混业经营需求的高素质专业人才。 The development of financial industry depends on the cultivation of high-quality financial talents.Formed in the separate operation of our country financial personnel practice teaching,it has many disadvantages.The paper points out financial mixed management is the trend of globalization.In order to adapt to this trend,in the high quality financial talents cultivation of integrated practice teaching,the colleges and universities have to reform,training with comprehensive practical ability of high-quality professional talents to satisfy the needs of the mixed management.
