摘 要: 基于游客感知视角,从旅游6要素、人员服务、旅游环境等8个维度的具体32项指标对西塘古镇旅游服务质量进行测评。通过实地调研发现,游客对西塘古镇旅游服务质量总体评价不高,古镇整体景观、人员服务技能、旅游产品的类型与特色、古镇的生活气息等已成为影响古镇旅游服务质量的主要因素。建议通过还原生活气息来突显古镇旅游的文化特质,提高古镇服务人员综合素质等措施对古镇整体景观进行综合治理,对古镇发展进行统筹规划。 Tourism service quality is the lifeline of scenic spots’sustainable development. This article constructed an evaluation in?dex system of tourism service quality in Xitang ancient town from tourists’perception. Through the field research data of Xitang, the keyfactors which influence its service quality are found and the objective evaluation of its service quality level is carried out. Based on this,this paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality of Xitang ancient town.
