摘　　要： 本论文以家长家庭教育技能培养常规化为切入点,探寻提升家庭教育质量的新路径,使家长家庭教育技能成为提升家庭教育效率和教育质量的资源和保障。首先,本研究以广州市番禺区为例,调查分析了家长家庭教育技能培养的现状和需求,然后总结探讨了家长家庭教育技能培养存在的问题和原因,接着分析和得出家长家庭教育技能培养常规化的必要性,最后在借鉴和吸收国内外先进经验的基础上探讨了如何促进家长家庭教育技能培养常规化的政策和对策问题。 In this paper to parents family education skills training routine into a breakthrough point,to explore a new approach of improving the quality of education,promote efficiency of family education and the quality of education resources and protection. First of all,this studying takes Guangzhou Panyu district for example investigates and analyzes of the current situation of parents’family education skills training is discussed in this paper and the reason,then analyzes and concludes the necessity of cultivating routinization of parents’family education,finally in draw lessons from and absorbing advanced experience both at home and abroad on the basis of discusses how to promote parents family education skills training politics and countermeasures of routinization.
