摘　　要： 吕坤根据其多年行政经验,出自儒家仁爱思想,作《刑戒》一书,极大地影响了明清两代司法行政官员,作为其重要思想和著作的组成部分,《刑戒》一书并没有被其文集所收录,明代历史文献中只有零星记录,通过明清以来的资料,还有碑刻材料,可以了解其大致的流布踪迹。 Lv Kun, an official of the Ming Dynasty, with many years ol judicial and administrative experience, wrote a book named Discipline of In quisition by Torture from the thought of Confucian benevolence. The book greatly influenced judicial administrative officials in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As part of the important thoughts and writings, this book had not been collected in his collection except for the scattered records in documents in Ming Dynasty. Fortunately, Chen Hongmou had its edition version, and there were inscriptions on a tablet as evidence in the Qing Dynasty.
