摘　　要： 由仁、礼向法的历史转变过程 ,是春秋战国时期社会意识形态发展的规律 ,即随着社会历史的发展 ,社会对人的道德自觉的要求在逐渐淡漠 ,而外在的强制机制在不断加强。与此相适应 ,在为政形式上也经历了由王道、霸道向法治的转变 。 Through the analysis of the rule change from benevolence and courtesy to law in the periods of Spring and Autumn and Warring States,the author tries to delineate the development law of social ideology at that time,that is,with the development of history,societys spontaneous demand for peoples morality decreases gradually while the demand for outer coercive mechanism increases continuously.To adapt to the changed conditions,the form of governing also changed:from being ruled by king and by force to by law.This is the ineviable outcome of the development of history.Meanwhile the author analyses the relations between morality and law from the historic angle.
