摘 要: 采用包裹型镉硒红色剂 ,基釉为铅硼熔块釉 ,重点探讨了铅硼含量变化、钙钠含量变化、色剂添加量、烧成温度、保温时间等对釉面质量和呈色的影响 ,研制了大红颜色釉。这种大红釉成熟温度为 10 70~ 112 0℃ ,呈色鲜红、润泽光亮 ,膨胀系数低 ,显微硬度高 。 The porcelain fragments of sacrificial red glazes in three different periods including the Yongle,Xuande and Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty have been collected for the study.A systematic study of their microstructure has been made by the means of SEM,TEM,EDS,XRF and OM,etc,and their states of color generation are observed and determined by stereoscopic microscope and spectrophotometer,etc.The differences among the sacrificial red glazes in the Ming Dynasty as well as the relations among their processing technology,chemical composition and microstructures are also discussed.
