摘 要: 通过用四种有代表性的处理剂对炭黑进行预处理 ,研究了处理后炭黑填充的HDPE复合材料的电性能、力学性能和流变性能。发现四种处理剂对复合材料的性能均有一定的改善。但也表现出各自的差异 ,在导电性能上表现的差异更为明显 ,如经钛酸酯偶联剂和硬脂酸处理的炭黑 ,在炭黑含量为 15 %时 ,可使复合材料的电阻率降低 1~2个数量级。 Effect of CB treatment with four types of representative processing aids on conductivity,mechanical property and rheological behaviour was studied.It was discovered that each processing aid benefited the improvement of these kinds of properties,but its own characteristic improvement of conductivity was more distinct,for example,titanate coupling agent or stearic acid decreased its composite's room temperature resistivity 10 1~10 2 times,as CB content was 15 %. The reasons for these phenomena were given.
