摘 要: 筛选了以 2 0cM左右均匀分布于 6号染色体的 9个多态性微卫星位点 ,构建了猪 6号染色体的遗传连锁图谱 ,并进一步进行了重要经济性状位点的定位。试验结果表明 :9个微卫星位点均为中、高度多态性位点 ,所有位点平均杂合度为 0 .5 81 71,多态信息含量为 0 .30 8 98~ 0 .74 7 5 8,平均多态信息含量为 0 .5 0 9 94。构建的资源家系遗传连锁图谱总长 198.6cM ,与USDA图谱位点顺序一致 ,图谱总长和多数区间距离长于USDA图谱。并进一步进行了猪数量性状位点定位的研究 ,在 6号染色体发现了显著影响肌内脂肪、肌肉大理石纹等肉质性状和板油重的数量性状位点 (QTL)。 The study chose nine polymorphic microsatellite loci with an interval about 20 cM and evenly distributed on the chromosome 6 of porcine.The genetic map of porine chromosome 6 was constructed based on them and QTL locating analysis of economic important traits was conducted.The results were as following:nine microsatellite loci are all modest or high polymorphic,the average heterozygosity for all loci was 0.58171,the polymorphic information content of them was from 0.30898 to 0.74758 with thmean of 0.50994 ;the total length of the genetic map constructed is 198.6 cM with a same order as the USDA map,but the length of the genetic map and gaps were longer than those of the USDA map.QTLs affecting meat quality traits such as intramuscular fat and muscle marbling were on the chromosome 6 in addition to the QTL affecting the weight of leaf fat.
