摘　　要： 随着城市土地开发和功能置换速度加快,城市原有的交通设施面临着巨大的压力,交通影响分析在城市规划管理中将起到越来越重要的作用。鉴于国内交通影响分析在法规上、管理程序上尚没有形成一套完善的制度,作者以广州市为例,对大型建设项目交通影响分析的实施提出一些建议,供规划建设管理部门参考。 With the acceleration of urbanland development and functional ex-change of landuse,the existing urbanold transportation facility is having heavypressure. Traffic impact analysis becomemore and more important in urban plan-ning and management. However,noperfect and complete system of traffic im-pact analysis on regulations and man-agement process has been evolved.Theauthor,with Guangzhou as an example,makes some proposals on it.
