摘　　要： 结合珠江三角洲地区的顺德市中心广场规划设计实例 ,对以硬地、草坪为主的广场设计方法质疑 ,并提出了以“大树广场”为特色的、适应亚热带气候环境的大型广场设计思路 . Based on the case study of the Central Square in Shunde city in the Pearl River Delta, this paper questions the method of square design with hard paved ground and grass. The author then presents a new design method,which is characterized by the planting of big trees in and around the square.It is believed that such a design is suitable for sub tropical area environment.
