栉孔扇贝球形病毒的超微结构及细胞病理学观察

摘  要: 对扇贝大规模死亡病因调查时,在栉孔扇贝体内发现一种球形病毒,大小为130—150nm,核心区电子密度较高,具双层囊膜,囊膜外具放射状纤突。病毒存在于消化腺、外套膜、肾脏、肠及鳃等组织的细胞质中。细胞超微病理变化表现为细胞核内染色质变性,凝聚于核膜内侧,线粒体外膜膨胀,内嵴溶解、消失。内质网膨胀,核糖体脱落。 A spherical virus was detected in the scallop Chlamys farreri during the epidemiological investigation in the summers of 2000 and 2001 when the heavy mortalities of scallop occurred.The virus particle took the shape of sphere and had envelop with spike outside it.The diameter of virion was about 130-150nm,the space between envelop and capsid was about 10-12nm.The virus could be found in the tissues of digestive gland,kidney,mantle,intestine and gill,and often propagated near the basement membrane.In virusinfected cells,nuclear chromation was degenerated or necrosed and the membrane broken or deformed,the endorecticular swelled and a lot of ribosomes were detached from it,parts of the outer membrane and crest of mitochondrion was deformed and dissolved.The heavy infection of the virus may finally lead to the collapse of host cells.The result of ultrathin section observation and the isolation of virus showed that the virus prevalence was correlated with the heavy mortalities of the scallop. 
