摘 要: 采用毒性实验方法,研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)对鲢鱼(Aristchthysnobilis)几种组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:在实验剂量范围内,Cd2+对鲢鱼几种组织内SOD、CAT活性均有不同程度诱导作用,其剂量-效应曲线均为抛物线型。0.01、0.1、0.5mg/L低浓度Cd2+对鲢鱼组织SOD起诱导作用,1.00mg/L高浓度Cd2+对鲢鱼组织SOD起抑制作用;而Cd2+污染胁迫对CAT活性始终表现为不同程度的诱导作用。Cd2+对鲢鱼不同组织内SOD活性最大诱导倍数高低次序为:血清>肝脏>鳃>肌肉;对CAT活性最大诱导倍数高低次序为:肝脏>血清>鳃>肌肉;表明,灵敏指示Cd2+对鲢鱼胁迫程度的优选组织是肝脏和血清。 Effects of different levels of cadmium (Cd2+) on activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase (CAT) in serum, liver, gill and muscle tissues of Aristchthys nobilis were studied by toxicity test. The results showed that within the range of exposure dosages, different inductions of Cd2+ to activities of SOD and CAT in above tissues of A. nobilis existed and dosage-effect curves all taken on parabola. Inductions of low levels of Cd2+, i.e. 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 mg/L, to SOD in tissues of A. nobilis occured, and high level of Cd2+, i.e. 1.00 mg/L, inhibited SOD, while different inductions of Cd2+ contamination to activity of CAT were happened. The order of maximal induction multiple of Cd2+ to activities of SOD in tissues of A. nobilis was as follows from high to low: serum , liver ,gill and muscle, and the order of maximal induction multiple of Cd2+ to CAT from high to low: liver, serum , gill and muscle, suggesting that optimum tissues were liver and serum, which could sensitively indicate contamination of Cd2+ to A.nobilis.
