摘　　要： 风险资本业产生传统金融业对于以技术为主体要素的高技术经济发展的不适应,风险资本作为一种金融创新资本,以增值而不是以推动高技术产业发展为其根本动机。从这一理论认识出发,通过分析风险资本循环过程的主体模式,探讨国际风险投资业的运作机制及其演进趋势。 Venture capital came into being beca use traditional finance could not ad apt itself to the hi -tech economic development ma rked by its reliance on technology.A s a new type of finance,venture capital is primarily used not to promote the development of hi -te ch industries,but to increase its value.Based on the above understanding,this paper analyses the domi nant pattern in the cycle of venture capital and examines the mec hanism for the operation of international venture investments and its development trend.
