摘 要: 采用碱处理对涤纶进行亲水化改性。用傅利叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等分析手段对亲水化处理后涤纶的结构进行了表征 ,并探讨亲水化处理对纤维的亲水性、分散行为及与植物纤维混抄时抄造性能的影响。结果表明 ,碱处理后 ,涤纶的亲水性基团增多 ,结晶度下降 ,纤维表面产生微孔 ,纤维的亲水性得到明显改善 。 Hydrophilization modification was carried out on polyester fibers throught alkali treatment. The structure changes on molecular, supermolecular and morphology were characterized by means of FTIR, X-ray diffraction and SEM. The hydrophilic properties, dispersion behavior, and the forming properties of the fibers were also studied. The results showed that after alkali treatment the amount of hydrophilic group increased and the crystallinity of PET fibers decreased. Microporous were observed on the treated fiber's surface under electron microscope. It was showed that alkali treatment resulting in hydrophilization of PET fibers generated enhanced dispersion and co-forming ability with plant fibers.
