摘 要: 用含氟醇8.4 g、丙烯酸1.5 g对甲苯磺酸0.4 g在N_2气保护下于80~85℃进行酯化反应6~7 h,制成含氟丙烯酸酯。含氟丙烯酸酯在复合乳化剂存在下分别进行均聚乳液聚合和共聚乳液聚合。再用制备的均聚、共聚乳液制成含氟聚合物乳胶漆,该漆除了具备一般丙烯酸酯漆的优点之外,还具有良好的防污、自洁、耐紫外线和耐候性,且对环境友好,是一种理想的外墙涂料。 The fluoro-acrylate was prepared by esterifying from 8.4g fluoro-alcohol, 1.5g acrylic acid and 0. 4g toluene - p - sulfonic acid at 80-85℃and shielding N2 gas for 6-7 h. The fluoro-acrylate was homopolymer-ized and copolymerized in emulsion at present of a composite emulsifying agent,respectively. The fluoropolymer latex paint was prepared from the obtained homopolymer and copolymer emulsions. This paint not only has the advantage of the tranditional acrylic paints, but also has good antifouling, self cleaning, resistance to ultra violete and to weathering. Moreover,it is a exce llent outdoor coating for surroundings.
