摘　　要： 用新的方法证明了圆外亚纯函数的Nevanlinna型第一基本定理 。 The Nevanlinna type second fundamental theorem and Picard type theorem etc. of meromorphic functions in the exterior of a circle are proved for the first time. It is discovered unexpectedly that the conclusions of Picard s exceptional value and Nevanlinna s exceptional value still hold for the meromorphic functions in the exterior of a circle.
