摘　　要： 文章从城市经济区及其中心城市的性质出发 ,运用定量与定性相结合的方法 ,对湖北省咸宁市的城镇体系加以分析与比较 ,得出赤壁市才是咸宁真正的中心城市的结论 ,并指出 。 The present essay proceeds from the character of city economic zone and the center city, analyses the urban system in Xianning City, Hebei Province in the way which combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, draws the conclusion that Chibi is the real center city of Xianning and points out that only making Chibi as the center city can it pull the economy development in Xianning zone.
