摘 要: 从平面光栅过渡到空间 (三维 )光栅 ,分析入射波经光栅产生的现象 ,从惠更斯 -菲涅耳的子波理论引出 ,由量子力学的微扰理论论述原子为入射波的子波源 ,并由电子产生的衍射实验分析原子为子波源所产生的效果 . This article analyses the phenomenon caused by the incident wave penetrating grating from plane grating to three-dimensional grating,which is induced by the Huygens-fresnel's wavelet theory,argues the atom as the wavelet source by perturbation theory of quantum mechanics,and analyses the effect resulting from the atom as wavelet source by the diffracrion experinent caused by electron.
