摘 要: 研究活塞顶环槽激光淬火层的组织、耐磨性和磨损机理.激光淬火的环槽表面具有良好的耐磨性,比经原高频淬火和镀铬工艺处理的环槽的耐磨性有较大的提高.实验运行结果表明。 Laser quenched groove suface has high wear resistance, and its wear resistance is higher than those resulting from previous high frequency quenching and chromium plating method. Practical results show that wear resistance of the groove surface is improved remarkably by laser quenching. It is an effective way to prolong the service life of the piston head.
