甲基茉莉酸酯诱导烟草幼苗抗炭疽病与多酚氧化酶活性的关系
The Relationship Between the Polyphenol Oxidase Activity and Resistance of Tobacco Seedlings Induced by Methyl Jasmonate

摘  要: 探讨了甲基茉莉酸酯(Methyljasmonate,Me-Ja)诱导K326、广黄55和巴西3个烟草幼苗抗炭疽病(由毁灭性刺盘胞引起)与多酚氧化酶活性的关系.Me-Ja处理烟草幼苗使多酚氧化酶活性明显提高,但只有广黄55的酶活性与抗炭疽病有较高的相关性,且没有达到显著水平。 After of before treated with methyl jasmonate (MeJa, spraying 3 times) to tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum, cv Samsum NN) seedlings of 3 cultivars (Brazil, Guanghuang55 and K326) at 4leaf stage, fungouse spores (108/mL) of Colletotrichum destrustivum OGara were inoulated to leaves (spraying 2 times). The numbers of lesion of leaves were recorded and polyphenol oxidase activity was determined in following days. The disease resistance of seedlings was quite different from varieties and the Brazil was the most resistance variety. MeJa could reduce the degree of disease while the polyphenol oxidase activity of seedling greatly increased in three variety treated with MeJa. But there was not a close correlation between the average of polyphenol oxidase activity and the disease resistance. It was considered that the polyphenol oxidase did not play a key role in the induced resistance by MeJa and its role in plant disease resistsance was discussed.
