摘 要: 环境保护、安全性、消费者的需求取向以及经济回报是果实采后操作技术研究及其商业应用必须考虑的关键因素.论述了气调贮藏、拮抗性微生物防治采后病害、热处理与致离子辐射、可食性被膜。 Environment friendliness, safety, consumer requirements and cost effectiveness are the key factors on which the research and application of postharvest manipulation technology of fruits should be based. Future trends of some important aspects in fruit postharvest technology, including controlled atmosphere storage, antagonistic microorganisms of postharvest diseases, heat treatment and ionizing radiation, edible coating, non destructive test of internal quality, and engineering were discussed in this paper.
