摘　　要： 采用点滴法活体研究了几种新型具保幼激素活性昆虫生长调节剂（ＩＧＲｓ）对亚洲玉米螟末龄幼虫羧酯酶活力及其动力学常数的影响，旨在为开发生物合理农药提供新的理论依据．结果表明，不同日龄幼虫羧酸酯酶Ｖｍａｘ和Ｋｍ均无明显的变化规律，因而不是ＩＧＲｓ的靶标酶。 In order to provide new theory evidence for developing biorational pesticide, topical application was used in studying the IGRs with JH activity on dynamic constants of carboxylesterase (CarE) in  Ostrimia furnacalis Guenee in vivo. The results indicated that there were on obvious relationship between Vmax and Km of CarE in different dayinstar larvae, suggesting CarE was not the target enzyme of IGRs with JH activity, but its activity was influenced indirectly by IGRs.
