摘 要: 锥状斯氏藻是赤潮甲藻的主要类群之一,其孢囊在我国南海大鹏湾底泥中占明显优势,是我国沿海增养殖区的潜在危害.采用PCR及序列测定的方法,对其rDNAInternalTran-scribedSequence(ITS)区进行了序列测定。 The internal transcribed spacers 1 and 2(ITS1 and ITS2) of rDNA from the “red tide” algae species Scrippsiella trochoidea (Dinoflagellate ) were sequenced and analyzed to address the question of phylogeny. The results showed that Scrippsiella trochoidea had a relatively longer ITS region, 403 bp in lenght(ITS1:210 bp,ITS2:193 bp), and about 45 bp longer than other species in its order Peridiniales, which is most probaly a characteristic of Scrippsiella trochoidea corresponding to its special morphological structure.
