摘　　要： 利用灰色关联评估理论，提出了通用量化评测系统这一新概念，为此，提出了两个定理和一个推论。 This paper puts forward a new conceptgeneral quantification appraisal system by using grey relation appraisal theory. And then propose and proves two theorems and one deduction for it. 
