摘 要: 用7种限制性内切酶对黄毛鼠(Ratuslosea)线粒体DNA(mtDNA)进行了分析。BamHⅠ,BglⅠ,PstⅠ,PvuⅡ,EcoRⅤ,HindⅢ和BclⅠ在黄毛鼠mtDNA上分别具有1,2,2,2,4,5和7个切点,根据单酶解和双酶解片段数目和分子量,构建了黄毛鼠mtDNA的限制性内切酶图谱。 The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) from Rattus losea were digested with eight restriction endonucleases One site for Bam HⅠ;two sites for BglⅠ,Pst Ⅰ,PvuⅡ;four sitesfor Eco RV;five sites for Hind Ⅲ and seven sites for BelⅠ were found on this mtDNA Restriction maps of mtDNA were made according to the number and size of restriction fragments obtained single and double digestions
