摘 要: 以含有柔嫩艾美耳球虫(广东株)子孢子折光体抗原Etp28基因的重组质粒pGEM-T-Etp28为材料,分别构建了可表达GST/6×His-Etp28融合蛋白和Etp28非融合蛋白的昆虫杆状病毒转移载体质粒pAcGHLT-A-Etp28和pSXIVVI+X3-Etp28,并探讨了两种重组转移载体质粒的特点和应用前景. This paper constructed two baculovirus recombinant transfer vectors (pAcGHLT-A-Etp28 and pSXIVVI+ X3-Etp28). The difference between them was that pAcGH LT-A-Etp28 would produce a GST/6xHis-Etp28 fusion protein while pSXIVVI+ X3-Etp28 would produce a non-fusion protein but packed by polyhedra. At the end of this paper, we disscussed the future of the application of Eimeria antigen gene expressed in the baculovirus vector expression system and the protection effects of fusion/non-fusion re-combinant proteins.
