斑节对虾杆状病毒感染与水体理化因子

摘  要: 通过二造虾塘水体理化因子的检测和斑节对虾杆状病毒感染的调查,发现水体理化因子可影响斑节对虾杆状病毒的感染度,其中影响最大的是氨氮,其次是盐度和亚硝酸氮.氨氟和pH值有协同作用,硫化物可诱发斑节对虾杆状病毒病,亚硝酸氮可明显地抑制对虾的生长. The rise or drop of water physical and chendcal element levels does not affect the MBV infection rate, but it affects the MBV infection severity grade obviously. It is ammonia that affects most the MBV infection severity grade. The MBV infection severity grade rises obviously when ammonia level rises. Salinity concentration and nitrite level al-so affect the MBV infection severity grade. Coaction of pH and ammonia can affect the MBV infection severity grade obviously. Growth of penaeid shrimp can be affected by the concentration of nitrite and the shrimp grows slowly when nitrite level is high. The MBV disease would occur when sulphuret level is high. Bad whether can affect the water physi-cal and chemical element levels of prawn-farming ponds and affect the MBV infection severity grade indirectly and induce the occurrence of the disease of prawn.
