摘　　要： 本文通过对海水硬骨鱼的3种主要脏器的组织化学染色实验，研究了海水鱼“白点”病时宿主非寄生部位细胞中的糖原、蛋白质、AKP酸及线粒体含量和活性的影响； In this paper, with the histochemical staining on the liver, kidney and spleen of the manne teleost, the iofluences of the "white spot" disease on the host viscers are studied.The results show that the contents of glycogens and proteins are decreased, and the activities of the alkaline phosphatases (AKP) and the mitochondrias are declinded in the host viscers.The relationships between the histochemical changes and the clinical manifestations of the hosts are analysed in this paper.
