摘 要: 萌发3天的花生种子胚轴核酸总含量达高峰,以后随萌发时间延长而降低。DNA含量萌发第1天最高,以后渐减,且高活力种子明显高于中等活力种子。RNA含量为萌发后第3天最高,其后下降,但中等活力种子含量高于高活力种子。紫外吸收扫描表明,中等活力花生种子紫外吸收峰下降,吸收波长也发生改变,且在萌发后期更为显著,表明胚轴核酸的变化与种子活力密切相关。 High vigor peanut seeds were seeds newly harvested, and medium vigor seeds were newly harvested seeds accelerated aged with 35℃ and 90% relative humidity for 10 days. After seeds of high vigor and medium vigor germinated for 1, 3, 5, 7 daps, the content of nuelic acid in embryonic axes were analysed. Research results showed that during germinating for 3 days, the total content of nucleic acid in embryonic axes was highest, and as germinating time increased, total content of nucleic acid decreased. During peanut seeds germinated for one day, content of DNA was highest, afterwards descended. The DNA content of high vigor seeds was much higher than that in medium vigor seeds. The RNA content was highst during germinated for 3 days. Ultraviolet absorbance scanning of nucleic acid results showed that the peak of ultraviolet absorbence in the medium vigor seeds descended. Wavelength of ultraviolet absorbence occured changes, and germinating later period more marken. It is suggested that the content of nucleic acid is closely related to seed vigor.
