摘 要: 用固态反应法和低温焙烧法制备(V_(1-x)Tex)_2O_3与PPS复合材料,在77~400K温区内测量其电阻率和介电常数与温度关系。结果表明,在Te与PPS同时存在的条件下,除了160K附近的反铁磁绝缘-顺磁金属转变之外,发现了在210K附近的电性异常,用偶极矩浓度讨论了所得的结果. The (V1-xTex)2O3 and PPS composites have been prepared using the solid state resction method. The resistivity and the dielectric coefficient have been measured in the temperature range of 77~400K. It is found that there is an abnormality of the electrical properties at the temperature of 210K. The abnorma- lity would be associated with the change of the dipole moment content of the (V1xTex)2O3 and PPS composites.
