摘　　要： 分析了人在紧急情况下的行为特征,讨论了人产生误操作和误判断的根源与影响因素。通过在紧急情况下人的误操作与误判断实验,得到紧急情况下成年人的特征数据,并建立了其数学模型。最后,与国外数据作了一简单比较,初步获知中国人与外国人在紧急情况下的误判断率和误操作率无显著差异。 The behavior characteristic of human at emergency is analysed, and the root causes and the influencing factors are discussed, which result in erroneous judgement and operation. With experiment on erroneous judgement and operation of human at emergency, the error characteristic values are obtained, then the mathematical models are established. Comparing to foreign data, it is known that there are no marked differences between Chinese and foreigners in percent of erroneous judgement and operation at emergency.
