摘　　要： 综述了魔芋葡甘聚糖酯化、醚化、交联、接枝共聚等化学改性及其应用的研究,指出了存在的问题和发展前景。 Researches in the esterification, etherification, cross linking and graft copolymerization of Amorphophallus glucomannan and application of the modified glucomannan are summarized. Problems and prospect in the modification of Amorphophallus glucomannan are presented.
