摘　　要： 作为人类知识仓库的制度,是真实时间和全然无知世界里指导人类行动的航标和协调人类行动的工具,能够减少不确定性和缺乏知识的程度。制度基本上是人类无意识行动的结果。人类不可避免的无知和知识分工约束,决定了有效制度通常表现为自发秩序,虽然制度演化过程并不排除理性运用的成分。多种相互竞争的制度安排和释放企业家发现知识的争胜竞争过程,是经济长期增长的关键,是有效制度的评判标准。 Being the human knowledge accumulation and the storehouse of knowledge,institution works as the sign pole of human action and the tool of coor- dinating human action.In the real world with genuine time and utterly ignorance, institution can reduce the state of uncertainty and lack of knowledge to some extent.Basically,institution is the result of unconscious human action.Although the evolution process of institution does not necessarily exclude employment of rational element,efficient institutions usually are demonstrated as spontaneous order deter- mined by ineluctable ignorance of mankind and knowledge division.Diversified, competing institutions as well as releasing competitive process of entrepreneurial knowledge discovery are both the key to long-term economic growth and the effi- ciency criterion for institution.
