摘　　要： 文章构建了一个"产权结构—计量能力—环境特性—经济绩效"的解释模型,并将此应用于农业产业组织的案例分析。目的在于说明,一个经济组织的经济绩效,既取决于组织内部的制度安排,也取决于组织制度安排与环境的相容性。 This article develops an explanatory model based on the logic of'the property structure,measuring capacity,environmental specificity and economic performance',and applies this model to empirically analyze different industrial organizations in agriculture.This analysis shows that the economic performance of an economic organization depends on both the institutional arrangement within the organization and also the compatibility of the institutional arrangement with its envi- ronment.
