摘　　要： 1958年开始的户籍制度已对中国的经济生活产生了重大的影响,越来越制约经济的发展。随着经济改革的深入,户籍改革日益被提上日程。本文从分析户籍制度的产生和改革的背景入手,讨论了户籍制度对社会、经济产生的影响。进一步地,本文利用金融理论中实物期权的思想,分析了政府进行户籍改革可采用的模式及触发战略。最后文章讨论了影响户籍改革进程的各项因素,并提出了有关改革的政策建议。 The household institution that came into use in 1958 in China has had a great influence on china's economy.With the development of the economy reform,the reformation of China's household institution was paid attention to and some areas in China had made progress to some extent.Beginning with ana- lyzing the production of the household institution and its reformation back- ground,this article deals with the household institution's effect on economy and the society as a whole.What's more,by applying the real option approach of the financial theories,we analyze the model of the reformation of the house- hold institution and the triggering strategy used by the government.Finally,it deals with the factors that influence the progress of the reformation,and tables a proposal about the policy of this reformation.
