摘 要: 通过原子吸收分光光度计对含铜聚丙烯腈导电纤维制备过程中的动力学进行了研究。结果表明在处理过程中 ,铜盐和还原剂之间发生的是二级反应 ,反应的阿仑尼乌斯活化能为 60 5 2 0kJ·mol- 1 。在酸性介质中 ,反应速率减慢 ,其阿伦尼乌斯活化能降为 2 7 618kJ·mol- 1 。同时 ,随着pH值的降低 ,温度对反应速率的影响降低 ,纤维上导电结晶层更趋于均匀。 The dynamics about the chemical treatment of electrically conductive PAN fibers containing copper is studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometer The results show it is a second reaction between the copper black and the reductant, and its Arrhenius activation energy ( E a ) is 60 520 kJ·mol -1 When added acid, the rate of reaction is slower and the Ea decrease to 27 618 kJ·mol -1 With the reduce of pH, the inflouence of temperature on reaction rate was decreasing, but the electrically conductive crystal on fibers is more uniform
