摘　　要： 在回顾中美医学图书馆员继续教育的基础上 ,对网络环境下医学图书馆员继续教育的必要性、内容、实施形式进行分析和探讨 ,提出粤港澳地区区域化CME新模式 ,探讨组织结构、特点和实施办法 ,给出医学图书馆员继续教育模式图 :虚拟网状分层模型。 Detailiedly retrospected of the history,status of continuing education for Chinese and American medical librarians,the necessity,content and methods of continuing education for medical librarians in network environment have been discussed.Regionally continuing medical education mode:A new model of continuing medical education for Canton,Hongkong and Macao has been put forward,the framework,characteristics and implemented methods for which have been dicussed.In this article,a virtual-netlike-layered mode of continuing education for medical librarians has been given also.
