摘 要: 要想在快速变化的环境中寻找自己的一片天空,组织必须不断的进行变革以跟上时代的发展。但是很多组织并没有仔细思考就开始了变革,结果发现效果并不理想。本文就企业变革过程中的驱动机制和抵御习性进行了分析,给出了有利因素和阻碍因素,为企业的变革提供理论支持和预先分析支持。 If an or ga nization wants to find its own sky in this fast changing environment,it must co ntinuously change in order to keep up with the development of the age.However ,many organizations begin their changes without careful consideration,and th ey find the results of changes are not satisfactory.This paper analyses the dri ve mechanism and resistance temperament during the process of organization chan ge,points out the main favorable and adverse factors,and provides the theoret ical support and previous analytical support to enterprise change.
