摘　　要： 核心能力战略的实施与运作过程中因为各种因素的扰动,难免发生偏差。设计核心能力战略危机预警系统的目的就在于及时发现和预见偏差以便实施控制,保证核心能力战略的可持续性和高效性。基于此,本文探讨了核心能力战略的危机预警系统设计原理与方法。 Because of the dist ur bance of all kinds of factors,there is always some deviation during the implem entation and operation process of core competence strategy.A crisis early warni ng system designed for core competence strategy aims to find out and forecast deviation in time in order to control it,thus maintains the sustainability and high efficiency of core competence strategy.Based on the above,this paper exp lores the designing principles and processing of a crisis early warning system o f core competence strategy.
